We normally work on 7 day timescale for routine repairs, however we try to accommodate any requests for repairs needed in a hurry! Please call in advance so we can set aside a space in the work schedule.

We also undertake pearl and bead restringing and engraving.
 
In addition to all of this, and never ones' to be anywhere but ahead of the game, we have recently branched out and now undertake jewellery repairs requiring laser soldering. This machine process removes all heat required to bond precious metal, while greatly reducing the risk of damage to sensitive and fragile stones.
