DELIVERY & RETURNS
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Orders are normally dispatched within 2-3 working days, stock permitting. If the item is out of stock, we will place it on back order and email you with an expected delivery date. We will cancel and refund the order if the expected date is unsuitable for you. We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 and send by Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is a guaranteed next day delivery service (from date of dispatch) and will require a signature on delivery. Orders up to £75 value are sent by Royal Mail Signed for 1st Class and will also require a signature on delivery.

What packaging will my order arrive in?
Our packages are delivered in non-branded outer packaging with the items themselves wrapped and presented in our own packaging.
Is / Are my item(s) insured?
All items are insured against theft or accidental damage whilst in transit from us to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes a signature is required with all orders with a value over £75.
Can I track my item?
We obtain track and trace numbers for every order we ship. If you would like to track your item or concerned your order has not arrived when expected please contact a member of our team direct on 01463 222737
If the item is unsuitable can it be returned?
We offer a straightforward returns policy. Notification of your intention to return any item should be made within 14 days from the day after receipt and goods should be returned within 14 days from that date.
