What payment methods does Colin Campbell & Co accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and Delta through our payment service provider Sage Pay. We also accept payment by PayPal.
Can I reserve an item on deposit?
We are happy to do so with a minimum of 30% deposit for your order which can be done over the phone or in store. Full payment will be required upon collection which we ask be made within 1 month of initial deposit. Unfortunately we cannot offer this option on sale items.
Is it safe to use my credit card online?
We have chosen our award winning e-commerce website provider, Visualsoft, very carefully for this reason and use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems.
All orders are processed through a secure checkout system. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

Of course! Please either call us or email us at: email@example.com for expert advice. For surprise engagements, we suggest presenting the ring and bring or send it back to us for complimentary first resizing once she says 'YES!'
How do I know if an item is out of stock?
All items are in stock unless "Item Out of Stock” appear. Our stock is re-ordered frequently, so if an item does appear as 'Out of Stock', there is an option for you to request an email when it is back in stock.
With regard to stock of ring sizes, all of our rings are sized to order and are subject to availability. Some ring styles will not be possible to resize for either very small or large finger sizes, in which case the ring would be made to order, subject to availability.
If you are unhappy with your online purchase from us for any reason we operate a straight forward returns policy.
To return your item please follow instructions below:
Please download and print your returns form which can be found here: Returns Form.
Please complete the necessary information including the reason for the return and enclose with the return package. You should return the goods in their original, unworn condition, all tags / packaging intact. Goods should be returned no later than 14 days starting from the day after delivery of the goods.
We will not accept the return of any item of jewellery which has been worn or is damaged.
We strongly advise all customers to check their purchase thoroughly before removing any tags and discarding any packaging.
In-Store Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange or issue a credit note for any item purchased in-store up to 28 days after purchase date. This can only be done if the item has not been damaged or worn or has been altered to suit the buyer’s requirements.
We will not accept the return of earrings for reasons of hygiene.
Our policies do not affect your statutory rights.

Please note that we cannot accept liability for any returned goods lost in transit, the goods are your responsibility until received by us. Please note that we currently do not offer free returns, return postage is non-refundable.
